Our Vision

Renew Christian Church exists to bring healing, hope, and a renewed life in Jesus Christ.

Our Core

  1. Jesus Changes Everything
    • Any time you read about peoples interactions with Jesus, you see that their lives where changed.  We believe that when someone encounters Jesus, they can’t help but to be changed!
  2. Connect in Community
    • In a world where “I” is celebrated, we believe that “We are Better Together”.  God created and purposed community and we were meant to love and help one another.
  3. People have Purpose
    • We believe that each person was intentionally created for a purpose.  Our goal is to help people to see how they can use those things that God has gifted them with to love and serve God and people.

What We Value

We believe that God created and purposed each individuals life.  We believe that God’s Word is our guide for everyday living.  Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 3:16, Psalm 119:11.  We are going to look to the Bible for the truths of this life and do our best each day to live that out in our community.

Life in Authenticity

Doing our best to love our community. Being authentic, real, and transparent is how we are going to live.

Life through Biblical Truths

We believe that God created and purposed each individuals life.  We believe that God’s Word is our guide for everyday living.  Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 3:16, Psalm 119:11.  We are going to look to the Bible for the truths of this life and do our best each day to live that out in our community.

Life done together

From the very beginning, God created relationship and community.  We were never meant to live this life alone.  We believe that people need to be connected to one another for support, encouragement, accountability, and spiritual growth.

Life through servanthood

We believe that we should take every opportunity to serve one another out of a heart of love and joy.  When we give up our wants, needs, and desires for the good of someone else, we are truly showing God’s love. We should become living sacrifices.

Life Changed through a relationship with Jesus

Through Jesus we have a new life.  Because of His redemptive work on the cross, dying, and then raising to life, we to have a hope of a renewed life in Him.

What We Believe

We Believe in one God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We Believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son and Savior of the world.

We Believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every Christian.

We Believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for all matters of faith.

We Believe that man, created by God, willfully sinned, and as a result, is lost and without hope apart from Jesus Christ.

We Believe salvation (the forgiveness of sins) comes by grace through the blood of Jesus Christ (His death on the cross).

We Believe the Bible teaches that the pattern to follow to receive Jesus as Savior is to believe in Christ as God’s Son and Savior of the world, to repent of personal sin, to confess Christ as Lord, and to be immersed in baptism.

We Believe the church is the body and bride of Christ, founded on the day of Pentecost, consisting of all Christians everywhere.

We believe that baptism is the place where our faith meets God’s grace. When a person comes to faith in Jesus, they repent of their sins, confess the name of Jesus, are immersed in the waters of baptism, and raised to a new life in Jesus Christ. We are then called to live a life that exemplifies Jesus.
